He brings a highly sought-after network, comprehensive market knowledge and the robust practices of corporate HR to startups. His considerable experience of working with IP rich startups enables him to truly understand and appreciate the strategic challenges these organisations face.

Joe partners with clients to lead executive searches for key hires, builds talent pipelines aligned to business-critical roles and capabilities, and develops robust, scalable, talent acquisition strategies.

Paul has forged a highly successful career in executive search and talent management.

He held director-level positions at the global executive search firm Odgers Berndtson, where he served as Managing Partner, and previously as Chief Executive of Macildowie. Notably, he established Odgers’ US interim division, overseeing executive recruitment for global tech giants including Google, eBay, and Adobe.

Paul also boasts extensive experience in partnering with private equity portfolio companies, facilitating access to sought-after executives for innovative, fast-paced operations. With an enviable network of contacts and access to industry-leading talent, Paul is a valuable addition to Growth EQ.

Katherine has more than 24 years’ experience in the selection of key hires and coaching professionals to manage their careers in the technology and bio-science sectors.

She has a deep understanding of what motivates people at work. She has mastered a psycho linguistic conversational tool (the LAB Profile) and works with hiring managers to pinpoint what drives candidates, how they process information and how they make decisions. Her approach leads to her clients becoming very clear on how they can recruit with confidence and create an environment where their new hires operate at peak performance levels.

Trusted and experienced, her profiling, coaching and mentoring is thought provoking and facilitates awareness and understanding of differences in people in a non-judgmental way.
